Abby: “Kitty was close… I could smell him…”
James: “Okay, now what?
Abby: “Americans love a dog and will not tolerate a cat. Americans play fetch to win all the time.”
James: “I… I just don’t get it…”
Abby: “We who have seen the empty food bowl will never stop seeing it. In the silence of the night, we will always hear the barking.”
James: “Oh, I think I’m starting to understand now.”
Abby: “The ultimate ideal for a dog is to lay down his bone.”
James: “You’ve been watching war movies, haven’t you?”
Abby: “We eat biscuits into destiny!”
James: “Is this because you knew Veteran’s Day was coming up?”
Abby: “Private James, what is your major malfunction?‘
James: “Good for you, it’s only right to think about our brave troops everyday, but especially on this one.”
Abby: “Once more into the dog door!”
James: “This is going to go on for a while, isn’t it?”
Abby: “The chew toy… the chew toy…”
If my dopey dog can do her part to honor the people protecting this great nation while she pretends to belly-crawl around the front lines, so can we all. God bless every American who finds it within themselves to put on the uniform and do what so many of us cannot.
